Mike started as a demand gen rep at Compellent in 2009, cold-calling into enterprise storage accounts in Northern Ohio. He worked up through partner development and BDR to outside AE, closed $4.5M in net-new revenue, and hit quota every year.

After building a whitespace territory at Cambridge Computers from zero (122% of quota, top 15% in revenue), he moved into management at Blue Medora — an 11-person global BDR team that grew pipeline from $2M to $20.8M. Then VP of Sales at ArcSite, where he took ARR from under $100K to $10M+ over four years. Currently CRO at Alta Vista Technology, owning $100M in revenue across a Sage Intacct and ERP services business.
