I’ve been exactly where you are.

I started my career making cold calls as a BDR. No script. No system. No coach. I figured it out through repetition, rejection, and stubbornness — at companies ranging from Dell and VMware to startups small enough that my title was the entire org chart.

By the time I became a Chief Revenue Officer, I had held every job in the revenue organization. I know what it’s like to not know what you’re doing — and I know the exact things that separate the reps who figure it out from the reps who don’t.
