Then he ran teams. Built a global BDR organization from 3 to 11 reps and grew pipeline from $2M to $20.8M. Took a product with under $100K in ARR and scaled it to over $10M. Along the way: transactional SaaS deals worth a couple thousand dollars and multi-million dollar enterprise closings. Tens of millions in pipeline built cold. The smallest SMB accounts and Global 500 enterprise accounts. Every quota structure. Every comp plan. Every kind of deal that can fall apart at the one-yard line.
