Why This Exists

Nobody coached me.
I'm fixing that.

When I was a BDR at Compellent making cold calls into enterprise accounts nobody had heard of, I didn't have anyone to ask. No mentor, no coach. Just trial and error.. This is the resource I wish had existed.

Why coaching instead of a course.

Sales courses teach frameworks. The problem is your prospect didn't read the framework. They have a specific objection, a specific org chart, a specific timeline, and the framework doesn't cover the specific thing you're stuck on right now.

Coaching works on the actual situation in front of you. You bring your deal, your call, your real problem. We talk through it. That's different from a module on handling objections that applies to nobody in particular.

I've bought courses. I've built training programs. I've run sales teams through Sandler and Challenger. None of it is what I'd want when I'm three months into a stalled deal with a VP who stopped returning my calls.

Why office hours.

Some problems can't wait for a scheduled session. Your call is in two hours and you need to think through your approach. You just got off a call that went sideways and you want to understand why while it's still fresh. You have a question that needs a straight answer today.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 12 to 1pm MST. Live, streaming format. Drop in, ask your question, get a real answer. No appointment needed. If you just want to listen while other reps work through their situations, that's useful too. A lot of what you learn comes from watching someone else's deal get worked.

The 1:1 session is for situations that need more time and privacy. Bring your full deal. We build out the strategy together. Nothing gets shared without your consent.

Why BDRs and AEs.

That's where I started. I know what it's like to cold-call into accounts where nobody's heard of your company. To get a discovery call with a VP who gives you twelve minutes and spends ten of them distracted. To work a deal through a buying committee of eight when you can only reach two of them.

I also know what it looks like from the other side. I've managed BDR teams. I've been the VP of Sales evaluating reps. I've been the CRO setting the standard. I can tell you what actually separates the reps who make it. Not the generic version. The specific version.

Not a course with modules to complete
Not a methodology you have to buy into
Not a coaching program with retainer fees
Not generic advice that applies to nobody in particular
A real deal you're actively working
A call recording to break down
An objection you keep running into
A career question with real stakes
Something you can't figure out on your own
