The HWGT podcast comes out of real coaching sessions. Real reps bring real situations: active deals, call recordings, career decisions. Mike works through them on the record. No scripts. No role-plays. No made-up scenarios.

What you'll hear.

Episodes come directly from office hours and 1:1 sessions. A BDR working a cold outreach sequence that hasn't landed a single reply. An AE three months into a procurement loop with no clear next step. A rep deciding whether to take an offer or stay put. The coaching happens on the record: specific deal, specific person, specific problem.

The format is coaching, not commentary. You're not listening to someone explain what reps should do in general. You're watching it get worked in real time: the question asked, the answer given, the strategy built from what the rep actually has in front of them.

Some episodes are call breakdowns: the rep shares a recording and Mike goes through it line by line. Some are full strategy sessions on an active deal. Some are career conversations about a decision the rep is sitting with right now.

How to get on.

Two ways. If you want live coaching during office hours, show up Monday through Friday between 12 and 1pm MST. Bring your situation. If you want a private session that might become an episode, book a 1:1 and say so when you reach out. It's opt-in, not assumed.

Not every session becomes an episode. If you want to keep it private, say that. That's what the 1:1 format is for.
